State Fire Marshal Firework Applications

Each applicant will establish their own account using the Nebraska One-Stop Business Registration program. Once an account has been established, a firework license applicant will be able to complete the needed application. After the application has been reviewed and either approved or denied, the applicant will receive an email letting them know they can log into their established account and print the required permit. The Agency no longer sends approved licenses to applicants.
