A Nebraska.gov subscription is required for the County or City Attorney’s office you are obtaining documents for. To sign up for this online service, you will need to contact Nebraska.gov at 402-471-7810 to make sure you have a username and password and it is assigned to the correct County or City Attorney Office you need to bill to. Your login can be assigned to more than one County. Once you are set up you can find the service on at www.dmv.ne.gov/services, the Attorney Portal www.nebraska.gov/attorney or the Nebraska.gov subscriber portal at www.nebraska.gov/subscriber.

For a certified driving record, there is a $7.50 fee. If the record requires additional certified documents, the fee is $8.50.

You will need to contact Nebraska.gov at 402-471-7810 and they will assign your username to other Counties. Each time you login with your Nebraska.gov subscriber username and password, you will be able to select the County you are obtaining a record for. This will insure the correct County is billed.

You can have your Nebraska.gov subscriber username assigned to more than one County. When you access the online Certified Driver Record application, you will have to select a county that you are obtaining a record for. The County selected will then be billed through the Nebraska.gov subscriber account.

The Department of Motor Vehicles will mail your certified documents to your County Attorney’s Office.
