You may pick multiple items within any specific selection areas by holding down the [Ctrl] key while clicking choices with your mouse.

You may also click inside a selection area and begin typing to jump to the first selection starting with those letters.

Click the ' Check All ' button to select all data fields, or click the individual check boxes to select only the data fields you want.
