This is the initial search screen for UCC Document Number searches. The process here is fairly simple. Just select the 2 digit original county of filing, the 2 digit original year of filing, and then enter the 6 digit identifier assigned to the filing, the click the "Submit Search Now" button at the bottom of the screen.
