Nebraska.gov provides services that simplify how you conduct business and interact with the State of Nebraska. As a subscriber, you will have access to a wide range of online eGovernment services offered by the State. These services allow you to take full advantage of the power and convenience of the Internet to connect with Nebraska State government 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Prices listed below are on a per record basis unless otherwise noted.
Courts
The SCCALES (Appellate Court) case search system provides access to cases filed in Nebraska's Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. A case number is required to complete the search. A $1 fee will be charged whenever the “Details” button is selected which will provide full case details including images when available.
eFiling is the method of electronically sending filings on new and existing cases to the Appellate Court. There are no additional fees to file a case electronically, other than the normal court-assessed fees for filing. Customer accounts for eFilers must be set up on ACH billing in order to accomplish the transfer of funds due to the Courts.

Trial Court Case Searches (full access) Go
The Trial Court Case Searches provide access to cases filed in the trial courts (county, district and juvenile). A $1 fee will be charged whenever the “Details” button is selected which will provide full case details including images when available. Cases can be searched by:
- Name
- Case Number
- Judgement Date
Trial Court Case Searches Bulk Subscription
Court Case Searches Bulk Subscription is ideal for those who view more than 500 court cases each month. This service allows for viewing case details for up to 20,000 cases per month. This service is offered to Nebraska.gov subscribers for a $500 monthly fee and also requires a subscription to the Trial Court Record Index- Sealed Cases at no extra cost. Trial Court and Appellate Court case are included in this search.

Trial Court - Record Index
The Court Record Index service offers 3 separate files, which are accessible daily, that provide a list of cases that were either filed the previous day or all cases ever filed. Option 3 will automatically be available with options 1 and 2 but can be selected individually.
- New Cases, Monthly cost of $1,000
- Statewide Case Index, Monthly cost of $1,500
- Case Numbers that have become sealed, offered at no additional costs

Batch or webservice efiling of existing and new cases is available to attorneys in good standing with the Nebraska Bar Association. A Nebraska.gov subscription is required. There is no additional cost for this service. Nebraska.gov will provide technical instructions (including a DTD and XML file layout). Files are transferred using FTP and filings are initiated once daily.

Trial Court Payment Disbursements
This service allows those that are owed money on a court case to receive money electronically, within just a few days and is offered to Nebraska.gov subscribers at no cost. Those registered for this service will also receive email notification that payment was made, including the case number, party making payment, amount and description of the judgment paid.

Trial Court Return Document eFilingGo
Return eFiling is the method of electronically sending return documents on existing cases to the appropriate court in which you choose to file. Only available for Sheriff Offices and Process Servers, court approval required.
There are no fees to file electronically. Subscribers must provide banking information to set up an account however, the account will not be accessed since no funds will be transferred.

Workers' Compensation Court Document eFiling Go
eFiling is the method of electronically sending filings on new dockets and existing dockets to the Workers' Compensation Court. There are no additional fees to file a case electronically, other than the normal court-assessed fees for filing. Customer accounts for eFilers must be set up on ACH billing in order to accomplish the transfer of funds due to the Court.

Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
Online Services
Driver License Record Administration & Monitoring System Go
This service allows Nebraska.gov subscribers to maintain a listing of individuals/employees online that require frequent review of driver license records. Once the driver information is entered into the system, it can be purchased and reviewed immediately with a click of a button. The entries are retained by subscription customer account and there is no additional charge to use the service. The statutory $7.50 per record fee is charged to the subscription account for each matching record.

This service allows qualified business professional Nebraska.gov subscribers to access Nebraska Driver License Records online. A $7.50 fee is charged for each successful Nebraska Driver License Record search. View driver record information including status, convictions, accidents, withdrawals and permits online.

Vehicle Title, Lien, Registration Searches Go
This service allows qualified business Nebraska.gov subscribers to access Nebraska Title, Lien and Registration Records online. A $1.00 fee is charged for each Nebraska Title, Lien and Registration Record Search and will be charged regardless if there is a record found or not.

Transcript & Certified Driver Records for City & County Attorneys Go
This service allows County and City Attorney Nebraska.gov subscribers to order certified or transcript driver records. The fees are $7.50 for a Certified Record and $8.50 for Transcript record.

Driver Certificate of Financial Responsibility Filing – Single Submit Go
This service allows Department of Motor Vehicle approved Insurance Companies that are Nebraska.gov subscribers to submit real-time certificate of financial responsibility filings (SR22 / SR26) to the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles. A $.50 per single-submit record is charged to the insurance company’s subscription account.

Driver Certificate of Financial Responsibility Filing – Bulk Submit
This service allows Department of Motor Vehicle approved Insurance Companies that are Nebraska.gov subscribers to bulk submit real-time certificate of financial responsibility filings (SR22 / SR26) to the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles via web services. This service is offered to Nebraska.gov subscribers for a $200 monthly fee, and a $.15 per record is charged to the insurance company’s subscription account.

Driver License Record Point-to-Point
This service allows Nebraska.gov subscribers to receive a driver record in JSON format via a REST API, with options to receive the data in the legacy ASCII or fixed width text as available under the older interface, in order to simplify the conversion process to the new protocol. The information received includes driver status, convictions, accidents, withdrawals and permits based on search criteria. This is used for companies that want to automate a single driver record search that will remain in the same format. The statutory $7.50 per record fee is charged to the subscription account for each matching record.

Driver License Record Data-to-Data
This service allows Nebraska.gov subscribers to submit a listing of driver license numbers and receive a file containing driver license records in return. Files are transferred via FTP. The statutory $7.50 per record fee is charged to the subscription account for each matching record. Files can be processed up to once daily.

Driver License Record Monitoring
This service allows Nebraska.gov subscribers to monitor Nebraska driver license records (DLR) for changes. A listing of records are submitted by the subscriber via FTP for monitoring. A $.06 fee is charged per record. If changes have been made to the driver record in the monitoring period, the full record is returned and the statutory $7.50 driver record fee is charged to the subscription account.

Vehicle Title, Lien & Registration Special Request
Request title, lien and registration data for a specific group of records based on search criteria you provide. Files will be delivered to the e-mail address provided.
Submit the Special Request form to Nebraska.gov to submit your order.
Cost: $50 run fee for 1st 2000 records, then $18 for each additional 1000 records.

Secretary of State (SOS)
Corporate Document eDelivery Go
This service allows you to electronically submit document(s) for filing with the Secretary of State. Customer accounts must be set up on ACH billing in order to complete the transfer of funds due to the Secretary of State.
Corporate Certificates of Good Standing Go
This service allows users to request an electronic certificate of good standing for business entities registered with the Secretary of State. These certificates include a verification ID number for electronic validation. These documents are instant-access and can be viewed in a web browser or printed. $6.50
Corporate Record Searches - Special Requests Go
Specify criteria for a search of the Nebraska Secretary of State Corporate Database and receive a file of all matching records. Information includes: Entity type (nonprofit, LLC, etc.), company name, officer name and principle office address (no phone numbers). Note: The total number of matches and cost is provided prior to submitting order.
Subscribers can sign up to receive official corporation record data from the Secretary of State Business office on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. This is a full set of data in a fixed record length format containing multiple files that would be used in external databases. File delivery is accomplished via FTP. $800 monthly, $500 bi-monthly, $300 weekly

Corporate Searches and Document Images Go
Images of filed business documents are available through the online Corporate Image searches. Examples of documents available include: tax reports, name changes, annual filings, etc. These documents are instant-access and can be viewed in the web browser, or printed. $0.45/page
Special request searches by secured party or debtor location are also available.
Subscribers can sign up to receive PDF images of UCC documents filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State on a monthly basis. File delivery is accomplished via FTP. $800 monthly

UCC/EFS Searches and Document Images Go
This service provides online access to the Nebraska Secretary of State Uniform Commercial Code and Effective Financing Statement records. Subscribers can search by original document number or debtor name only. $0.00 - $4.50
Special request searches by secured party or debtor location are also available.
Specify criteria for a search by Secured Party, or location, of the Nebraska Secretary of State UCC Database and receive a file of all matching records. Information includes: Lien number, date of filing, debtor name, and address. $2.00 per record (up to 1000 records) then a flat rate of $2000 (1,001 + records). UCC searches by Debtor Location are $15 per 1,000 records.
UCC XML Filing
The UCC XML Filing Service is a SOAP-based web service, which allows filers to automate the filing process using IACA standard XML and web-based technologies. This service accepts UCC originations, continuations, terminations, financing statements, and any amendment actions permitted using XML. A Nebraska.gov subscription is required. Subscribers must complete the UCC Electronic Filing Agreement with the Secretary of State to access service. Nebraska.gov will provide technical instructions. Filing costs vary.

Brand Committee
Brand Inspection Fees
This service allows producers to be invoiced for the monies due for brand inspections. There is no additional cost for this service.
Department of Health & Human Services
This service allows users to request central registry checks and pay any associated fees. $2.50 Central Registry Check Fee (pending regulations); $1.00 Online Identity verification (optional service); and $1.50 processing fee
Health Professional License Monitoring Go
This service allows users to sign up to be notified of changes in the status of specific health licenses managed by the Department of Health and Human Services. Upcoming license expiration as well as disciplinary action email notifications are a part of the tracking system. $.01 per license/day ($15 monthly minimum)
Department of Revenue
This service allows users to download a list of all new sales tax permits issued by the Nebraska Department of Revenue. The information becomes available each month and includes business name and address and is available in an online report listing or a tab delimited format. $5.50/download
Public Service Commission
The service allows for telecommunications carriers to submit worksheets and online payments for the Nebraska Universal Service Fund (NUSF), 911 Service System Fund (911), and the Nebraska Telecommunications Relay System Fund (TRS).
State Patrol
Nebraska Records of Arrest and Prosecution (RAP) are available for individuals that have a finger print based arrest and resulting dispositions. This service allows users to submit requests to the Nebraska State Patrol and obtain online reports. $15.50/person of interest request

Bill Tracker Go
This service allows Nebraska.gov subscribers to track legislative bills, amendments, and actions by providing specific keywords or selected senators or committees to monitor. Whenever there is a legislative activity on any of the bills, the user will receive an e-mail notification.
