Change your address on your voter registration record

Affiliate with a party or change your party affiliation

Change your name on your voter registration record

Your name can only be changed on your voter registration card by changing your name at the DMV first.

Please have your driver's license or state identification card available before you begin this application. To vote at the polling place on Election Day, the completed application must be submitted on or before the third Friday before the election.
