Fiscal Year

year. Revenues and Expenditures are cumulative year
to date and the data available is updated on a monthly

Table View

Horizontal Bar Graph
Ideal for comparing dollar amounts displayed for a large number of selected
items, including over a period of time spanning multiple fiscal years in the
Advanced Chart.
Zoom
Click and Drag the cursor over the chart to zoom in on a specific area
Filter
Users may click to select (Ctrl+Click to multi-select) sections of the chart, once selected the user may Drilldown to view a filtered level of detail
Change Y-Axis Increments
This selection will change the increments of the Y-Axis values allowing the user to view and determine results, but will alter the visual scale of dollars.

including over a period of time spanning multiple fiscal years in the Advanced

Updates the Advanced Chart display based on the current Required Selections, Optional Selections, and Graph Options.
Reset Graph
Clears selected filter(s). Applies to a single “Optional Selection” and if clicking the Reset button on the lower left of the Advanced Chart page, applies to all “Optional Selection(s)”.
