Welcome to the Nebraska Civil or Small Claims Case Payment system. If you would like to make a payment, you must know the county, court and case number where the judgment was issued. If you are paying on a judgment for which a warrant has been issued, be aware that the warrant will remain active until it is recalled by the court. To avoid arrest, payment should be made in cash to the court during office hours or the county jail during hours when the court is not open.

Welcome to the State of Nebraska Civil or Small Claims Case Payment System. Before beginning, please become familiarized with the process listed below.

Selection was made to make a payment on a Civil or Small Claims case. If you enter your case number and receive a message of 'No money due on this case' you may be attempting to pay on a ticket/citation by waiver.

Transactions can only be processed by using a credit/debit card with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card logo, or entering your bank account information (eCheck) as payment. Transactions will incur a minimum additional charge of $1.25.

The total payment covers the amount you owe as well as the operating costs, incurred by the Nebraska.gov Network Manager, Nebraska Interactive, LLC contracted by the Nebraska State Records Board (NSRB) to provide online services for Nebraska government agencies, including the State's portal (www.Nebraska.gov). Nebraska Interactive builds and manages online solutions that help Nebraska government realize greater operational efficiencies by allowing citizens to interact quickly and easily with their government.

If you are paying on a judgment for which a warrant has been issued, be aware that the warrant will remain active until it is recalled by the court. To avoid arrest, payment should be made in cash to the court during office hours or the county jail during hours when the court is not open.
