How to Subscribe

Nebraska.gov provides services that simplify how you conduct business and interact with the State of Nebraska. As a subscriber, you will have access to a wide range of online eGovernment services offered by the State. These services allow you to take full advantage of the power and convenience of the Internet to connect with Nebraska State government 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How to Subscribe

Becoming a Nebraska.gov subscriber is easy! Simply Download and complete our Subscriber Agreement form. Once you have completed the form, fax it to us at the following number:
(402) 471-7817.

Before gaining access to DMV records, you must sign "Attachment A" in the Subscriber Agreement.

If you DO NOT need access to DMV records, check the box on the first page of the agreement labeled "No, I do not want access to DMV Records," and DO NOT include Attachment A in your Subscriber Agreement information.

You can also mail us your completed Subscriber Agreement via US postal mail.

 

After receiving your Subscriber Agreement, we will set up your account and mail your new account details to you. If you would like us to call you with your login information, please indicate this in your fax coversheet.
